This allows our manufacturing partner to control the quality of our homes on an elevated level.

Modular is especially beneficial when constructing homes of average sizes between 1200sf and 3000sf. Our modular partner has dozens of plans to choose from. We are also capable of taking an existing plan or concept and setting it up for modular construction.
