Idyll Construction has been serving Southwest Florida as a custom home builder since 1997.
Each time you combine a homesite and a family, a unique custom home is created. Whether it’s a family starting out with young children, a seasonal residence or a downsized home for later in life, each unique situation has within it a unique home. It is our greatest pleasure to be a part of creating your unique home out of collaboration. If we are working with an architect, starting from an owner’s sketch, or even starting with a prior plan, we apply our Design and Construction Management skills to facilitate the project. Providing customized design, permitting, construction, and customer care are all that we do best.
Since 1997, Idyll Construction’s roots have been in the coastal areas of Southwest Florida. In Naples, our neighborhoods include Royal Harbor, the Moorings, Gulf Harbor, Barefoot Beach, and Bonita Shores. In Lee County we are in the neighborhoods of Imperial Shores, Bonita Springs, Bonita Beach, Ft Myers Beach, Siesta Isles, and more. We have a special affinity towards waterfront and island homes. Many of our completed projects are on the water, or on the islands.
