Idyll Construction has been serving Southwest Florida as a custom home builder since 1997
Each time you combine a homesite and a family, there is, within those contributors, a unique custom home. Whether it’s a family starting out with young children that will grow within the home, or a seasonal residence or downsize home for later in life. Each unique situation has within it a unique home. It’s our greatest pleasure to be a part of bringing that unique home out of that collaboration. Maybe we’re working with an architect, maybe we’re starting from an owner’s sketch, or maybe starting with a prior plan. In each event we apply what we call “Design and Construction Management” to manage the project from those beginnings all the way through designing, permitting, construction, and customer care.
Since 1997, Idyll Construction’s roots have been in the coastal areas of Southwest Florida, in Naples in neighborhoods like Royal Harbor, the Moorings, Gulf Harbor, Barefoot Beach, and Bonita Shores, in Lee County Neighborhoods, including Imperial Shores, Bonita Springs, Bonita Beach, Ft Myers Beach, Siesta Isles, and more. We have a special affinity towards waterfront and island homes. Most of our completed projects tend to be on the water or on an island somewhere.
