Idyll Construction has been serving Southwest Florida as a custom home builder since 1997.
Each time you combine a homesite and a family, a unique custom home is created. Whether it’s a first home with young children, a seasonal residence or a downsized home for later in life, each unique situation has within it a unique home. It is our greatest pleasure to be a part of creating your unique home through collaboration. If we are working with an architect, starting from an owner’s sketch, or even starting with a prior plan, we apply our Design and Construction Management skills to facilitate the project. Providing customized design, permitting, construction, and customer care is what we do best.
Since 1997, Idyll Construction’s roots have been in the coastal areas of Southwest Florida. In Lee County we are in the neighborhoods of Ft Myers Beach, Imperial Shores, Bonita Springs, Bonita Beach, Siesta Isles, and more. In Naples, our neighborhoods include Gulf Harbor, Barefoot Beach, and Bonita Shores. We have a special affinity towards waterfront and island homes. Many of our completed projects are on the water, or on the islands.
Building in these coastal communities requires thoughtful planning, an extensive knowledge of the coastal environment, and a deep understanding of the unique codes including FEMA and DEP ordinances.
